A comfy bed, a busy day and I’m good to go for sleep. Again, since my job has me often at home I actually have been attempting to seize a 20 minute nap every time I can. Sometimes it’s extra meditative than sleep, sitting on the couch with my ft up on the espresso desk, eyes closed and listening to zen music. I fill our plates at meal time with usually a protein similar to fresh fish or organic ready hen, and a small dinner salad.
